  When I was checking out using gift card, 3 staff together told me they can’t check gift card balance I have to tell them how much exactly in the gift card if not they can’t put in their system. As customer I won’t remember my balance and every time I go to other aerie never have this problem. I am sure they have to have a way to check the gift card balance. I told them I can check balance on receipt after check out, they said it won’t show. I pointed it out to those three girls how to check the balance on receipt, they said that is not the balance. One girl finally checked my gift card balance on system, balance matched what is on receipt. Now, why would you tell me u can’t check balance of my gift card and why would you tell me I can’t see balance on receipt. They explained maybe because their system in this specific store is different, I don’t think so, it is the fact that you are not knowledgeable. Bad experience overall wasted time arguing simple things they should know as sales representatives.

  2 décembre , J’ai pris le temps de parcourir le magasin et de regarder les chandails. Le vendeur m’a vu et m’a même croisée, mais aucun employé ne m’a demandé si j’avais besoin d’aide. L’expérience aurait pu être meilleure.

  Worst customer service honestly don't buy from this company. If you have any problems no one will follow-up on your case or resolve anything. They received my items, won't send them back and won't offer a refund either.
