    J’avais reçu um cadeau de mon chum - il s’est trompé et il a pris des Align. Malgré le fait de ne plus avoir la facture, j’ai reçu un accueil superbe et je me suis sentie prise en charge par l’équipe. Même si le magasin était super remplie à cause de la St-Valentin j’imagine, l’expérience auprès de l’équipe était superbe. Vraiment merci!

    Après avoir tant désirée en avoir un, je reçois un kit leggings et brassière à Noël. Je les porte une fois, et me rend compte que le legging est tout bouloucheux dans le bas. Quelle déception ! La qualité du tissu est déplorable, elle s'abîme rapidement. La taille du leggings certe ne roule plus mais la qualité laisse à désirer. Tout comme le service à la clientèle qui Après un mois de bataille à envoyer des photos, donner des informations me répond qu'il ne peuvent rien faire. Le coût ne vaut pas la peine.

    Un peu décevant de devoir payer la différence du prix d’un article lors d’un bris. Échange d’un article pour le MÊME article mais il y a eu une augmentation du prix de 12$ en 9 mois et on doit payer la différence…

    I recently visited the Lululemon store in Québec and had a frustrating experience. When I requested a paper receipt, I was told that I couldn't pay unless I provided my email. The staff member seemed unwilling to get a paper receipt and insisted that I give my email instead. This led to my payment being refused, and I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase. It was disappointing and inconvenient, especially considering the store's reputation for excellent customer service.

    Je tiens à partager mon expérience très décevante avec Lululemon. J’ai acheté une carte-cadeau d’un montant de 75$, montant clairement indiqué sur ma facture comme payé. Pourtant, lorsque j’ai voulu l’utiliser, la carte affichait 0$. J’ai contacté Lululemon pour faire corriger ce problème, mais on m’a refusé toute solution, malgré la preuve d’achat. Je trouve inacceptable qu’une entreprise de cette envergure n’assume pas son erreur et laisse le client sans recours, surtout lorsqu’il existe une preuve claire du montant payé. Aujourd’hui, je me retrouve avec une carte-cadeau inutilisable et aucune aide du service client. Je ne recommanderai plus cette entreprise et je choisis de rendre cette expérience publique afin d’éviter que d’autres clients vivent la même situation.
