  I needed a repair for my sunglasses and Elma and Sanja were very receptive to my needs. Even though it was very busy, they still managed to take the time to take care of me and I didn’t feel over looked.

  Worst experience of my life i was double charged and they never gave me back my money There interact machine glitched and they wont take accountability.i then paid in credit and it went through.So they basicly stole 787$. !!!!!!!! Beware customers !!!!! They dont have your back You didnt make it right i got a call for the manager saying there was no double charge when there clearly was so sorry your not getting back your 787$

  My partner and I went in on a Saturday In the busy shopping center. From the moment we walked in the door, we could see staff was very attentive. Despite being busy with customers, they acknowledged and welcomed us into the store as well as letting us know that would be with us as quickly as possible. We spent a significant amount of time there as we both needed multiple pairs of glasses for different uses. The staff knew their product very well and were among the most professional and courteous sales staff I have seen anywhere. We will definitely be back every time we need Sunglasses because of the variety of brands, options, and styles and, of course, the quality of service. Thank you so much, Sanja, Karen, and Diane. You all turned a painful shopping day into a pleasant shopping experience.
