As somebody who’s been managing in retail for over 3 years, I know the 5 star reviews are just as important as the 2 or 1 star ones, so I had to leave this one. I had an issue with an in-store pickup, but Marissa and Sierra solved it quickly and went above and beyond. Amazing customer service from them. Marissa was also such a pleasure to talk to. Thank you thank you for your kindness and amazing service!

I was given a special credit by lululemon via the online team (due to a holiday delivery company stealing/misplacing my order). And I was aware it was rare and that the store team might not be familiar. I met a great employee named Sam, who patiently listened to my story, gathered the needed info, and went back to call head office and confirm what I was saying no matter how crazy it sounded. The manager at the time was less helpful and just kept stating it’s not store policy without digging further. Sam was kind and helpful even before knowing he could move forward with the online credit. Staff like him are the types who should manage people. If you’re at Fairview and want to check out Lululemon, look for Sam, lovely person!

I genuinely understand now why Lululemon’s stock has been struggling – the chaos in management and customer service is on full display at the store level. I recently ordered 8 items online as gifts for friends. When the package arrived, there were no bags included. I called customer service, and they told me very clearly that I could go to a store and they would “100%” give me bags as long as I showed my receipt. So I followed their instructions, went all the way to the store, and politely asked for 8 small bags because they were 8 separate gifts. The staff refused, saying they would only give me 3 bags and that this was already an “exception” and they were being “generous”. Excuse me? Am I a beggar asking for charity? Since when did a simple branded bag for items I already paid for become some kind of personal favor or “handout”? Then they told me that the bags are a “benefit” that the store pays for themselves, and that online customers are not entitled to them. What kind of logic is that? • Did I pay less money because I bought online? • Is my money worth less than an in-store customer’s? If there really is such a policy, it should be clearly published on the official website, not thrown at customers at the counter to justify bad service. I have never seen a brand make it so difficult for a paying customer to get a simple bag to hold the brand’s own products. It is absurd and completely unreasonable. This experience left me feeling disrespected and honestly shocked at how little Lululemon seems to value its customers. If Lululemon is wondering why its reputation and stock price are slipping, this kind of attitude toward loyal customers is a very clear answer. And by the way, it’s clearly not just me. Judging from other negative reviews, they all seem to mention the same cashier with glasses. Everyone’s eyes and experiences can’t all be wrong. To make it even clearer how inconsistent this is: Guess what? I went to another Lululemon store and had absolutely no problem getting the bags I needed. The staff there were polite, helpful, and I walked out feeling respected as a customer. The contrast says everything. This particular store is terrible, and I will never go back. I sincerely hope upper management takes this seriously and conducts a thorough investigation into this location’s attitude and policies toward customers, because this is how you lose loyal customers for good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Lululemon store. I came in with a pair of leggings where the entire seam around the waist was coming apart. Clearly a defect. Although I’ve had them for about 1.5 years, I’ve only worn them a couple of times. The condition of the seam speaks for itself (see attached picture, before the store tries to dismiss this with excuses). Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee explained the “1-year warranty” policy in a mockery, dismissive way. Even the manager was unhelpful, and together they made me feel as though I was being made fun of rather than assisted. When you spend $130–$150 on leggings, you expect quality and fair treatment, especially when it’s an obvious defect. Sadly, this experience shows why so many people are moving to ALO and why Lululemon’s reputation is slipping. Very disappointing.
