- OCO ChJul 24, 20251.0Really disappointed as an aerie customer for more than 15 years. This is the worst store I've ever been too in north america by far. Managers are arrogant, entitled and unskilled. They ruin completely the shopping experience making it easier and better to do everything online ( don't be surprised if this store closes one day not because of the economy, but because of their poor customer service) I feel bad for the new hires, completely clueless and untrained. For the third time I had to go to American Eagle (a different store) to solve an Aerie thing in two minutes after receiving long faces, and no after no from the Aerie staff.
