They were incredibly friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Customer service like that makes such a difference and makes my shopping experience really enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond — I’ll definitely be coming back! (I wish I had gotten her name-I get social anxiety. She helped me feel comfortable)

She treats customers in an unacceptable manner, and when you raise a legitimate concern, she immediately accuses you of shouting and even threatens to call security. Her behavior is unprofessional and completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial position.
