I then went to the Boucherville branch, where the staff were helpful and told me that the Marché Central location had the perfume in stock. They even called the branch to confirm and reserve the item for me ( SARA ) I drove over an hour to get to the Marché Central store, only to be told they couldn't find my perfume. I saw an employee holding two boxes of the exact perfume I came for, and when I asked if one was mine, I was told it had already been sold — despite the fact that it had been reserved for me just earlier. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way, especially after making such a long trip based on a confirmed reservation. Poor customer service, lack of organization, and no respect for the customer's time. I won’t be returning.
