Voyons donc ! Jamais vu cela avec Versace ou Christian Dior que je porte chaque jour faire attention leur qualité est médiocre et vendent a des prix qui ne le valent pas du tout ! En entrant dans le magasin, j'ai été accueilli par une gérante aux cheveux blonds du nom de Christine ou Nicolas, et son attitude était tout simplement choquante. Elle était non seulement irrespectueuse et impolie, mais elle m'a carrément envoyé balader. Ses mots étaient blessants, elle m'a dit qu'elle s'en fichait complètement de mon problème, utilisant même des gros mots pour exprimer son désintérêt. En plus, elle a attiré une tonne d'attention sur la situation, ce qui a conduit d'autres représentants à intervenir. Comparé à mes expériences chez Louis Vuitton et d'autres grandes marques, le service chez Fendi était carrément médiocre. Le comble de l'insulte a été lorsque j'ai demandé à échanger mes chaussures pour une taille plus grande, ce à quoi ils ont catégoriquement refusé. C'est inacceptable. En tant que client fidèle, je m'attends à un service de qualité et à un personnel respectueux, ce que je n'ai malheureusement pas trouvé chez Fendi.
