When a staff member attempted to clean an older piece we had previously bought, Alex noticed it wasn’t done to the highest standard. Without hesitation, he took the initiative to clean it again himself — and now it looks amazing!

We were treated poorly by the staff, for some inexplicable reason the employee had a look of disdain every time I would ask a simple question. Minimal respect would’ve been appreciated considering we are always polite and cordial. Very disappointing as I went to purchase a bracelet for a family member but I just couldn’t allow myself to spend thousands of dollars while being treated in such manner. I’m now debating whether buying online or not because of this bad experience
