The quality and customer service from David Yurman is 1 star. I bought 2 - Box Chain Bracelet with Stainless Steel and Sterling Silver, 2.7mm from them ($300 each) and they both broke within the first few months. When they broke, I didn't realize until it was too late and could not find. I explained the situation to customer support (Muhra) and she didn't offer any goodwill or solutions. I will not buy from David Yurman ever again.

Bad experiences in terms of customer service. Now you can't order online and choose to pick up the product at the store, you can only make it delivered at home which is risky when you buy something expensive. Suddenly before Valentines day it doesn't matter what product you choose to order and make it delivered in the Montreal store it's not available. Also I called directly to the store and asked if it's possible to order a product and pay with Affirm and they declined which is odd because on the website you have this option. The sale representatives in the store are bored and not very helpful especially the black lady at the store on 5050 Chemin de la Cote the Liesse, Montreal. Had a few orders to pick up from there a while ago and I was interested to try a few products before to leave the store and she was rude, rushed and irritated because I asked her to show me a few products. Overall you expect that the sales associates to make an effort to sale not to discourage the customers to buy. Hope this will help to improve the service at the Montreal store.

Its very rare for me to write reviews, but Alex went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service when we returned to exchange some purchases. When a staff member attempted to clean an older piece we had previously bought, Alex noticed it wasn’t done to the highest standard. Without hesitation, he took the initiative to clean it again himself — and now it looks amazing!

Awful experience. First time and last time going to the Royalmount location. We were treated poorly by the staff, for some inexplicable reason the employee had a look of disdain every time I would ask a simple question. Minimal respect would’ve been appreciated considering we are always polite and cordial. Very disappointing as I went to purchase a bracelet for a family member but I just couldn’t allow myself to spend thousands of dollars while being treated in such manner. I’m now debating whether buying online or not because of this bad experience
