  I came in yesterday to get my watch resized and the service was amazing. The whole team was very kind and welcoming. While the watch was being resized they offered us some beverages and we had great conversation with the team. They even taught me some very interesting features on how to use the slide rule bezel!

He even kindly offered me a coffee, which immediately made the experience feel relaxed rather than transactional. What stood out most was his personality—he has a natural sense of humor and a very comfortable way of engaging without ever being overbearing. We had a great conversation about style and design direction, including modern urban fashion influences like the clean, confident “Atlanta-inspired” aesthetic—simple, powerful, and well-balanced without being excessive. He clearly understands both the product and the culture around it, which makes his recommendations feel thoughtful rather than scripted. Overall, Nicolas made the experience feel personal, enjoyable, and memorable. It’s rare to encounter that level of ease and authenticity in a luxury retail setting.

  YES!!!100% recommend to visit the store @ ROYALMOUNT... I had an outstanding experience at the Breitling Royalmount store. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel completely welcome. I came in with my kids, who were a bit playful and energetic, and the staff handled it with incredible kindness and professionalism—they didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all. The service was truly impeccable. They offered us refreshments and took the time to walk me through everything without any pressure. You can really tell they care about their customers and the overall experience. Thanks to their amazing service, I ended up purchasing my very first Breitling watch, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad I chose to make this special purchase at this location. Highly recommend! THANK YOU GUYS
