The company has an absurd return policy and the workers (yes I call them workers because they have zero integrity) are spineless and hide behind policy instead of trying to help the customer. Any other luxury brand makes sure that the experience is easy going and enjoyable throughout. This store and brand have a more predatory attitude and approach. Frankly it’s highly disgusting and they’ll never get any additional business from me

They do not rush and give you their full attention. They also go above and beyond to help you with purchase changes and adjustments.
