- BÍris BjörnsdóttirSep 6, 20245.0I never write reviews like this but yesterday I went to the YSL store in Ogilvy Montreal with a bit unusual request for an item I needed to exchange and the whole team there was just so amazing, helpful and nice so I really wanted to share my experience. They could have easily (and rightfully) declined my inquiry but instead they took the time to look into it for me and really helping me find a solution to solve the problem. All of them were just so welcoming and nice, making the whole experience absolutely wonderful. Odette, one of the sales representatives then continued to assist me with my purchase and she was extremely professional, friendly and pleasant to interact with, I just couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you again for all the assistance, I so appreciate it!

Le manager était très condescendant avec nous, sa connaissance des produits Yves Saint Laurent semblait se limiter aux produits de la dernière saison. Il nous a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas offrir de réparation (même à nos frais) puisque nous avions pas de preuve d'achat. Difficile d'avoir une preuve d'achat quand l'article date de plus de 50 ans !! J'ai un ami qui est un ancien employé de cette succursale qui m'avait suggéré d'aller voir en magasin, car les réparations peuvent être faites aux frais du client. Je trouve dommage d'avoir été traitée de cette manière.
