Especially in a high end store! I wanted to buy a Bonnie bag and was going to until she approached me and was so rude and disrespectful and super agressive!! What's her issue? I'll never know or shop there EVER!!!!!!!!

As such, my prior experience in the Prada handbag/accessories department at Holts/Ogilvy has been limited to browsing. Despite this, I was given great attention and shown multiple pieces during my shopping experience. I ended up choosing a small re-nylon bag and matching headband, and regardless to it being a “cheaper” purchase, my experience and treatment was wonderfully attentive. I enjoy the bag as it is easy wearing, light and packs well for travel.
