Especially in a high end store! I wanted to buy a Bonnie bag and was going to until she approached me and was so rude and disrespectful and super agressive!! What's her issue? I'll never know or shop there EVER!!!!!!!!

I tried to walk in with my wife to buy her something and one of the workers (don’t know her name), let another couple in when I was walking in first. She said very rudely only two people at a time and told me to leave. Never going to Holt Renfrew again.
