Unfortunately, they didn’t have the PRX dial I was looking for. The first associate, who helped me with the PRX, was fine — just not particularly helpful. The second, who assisted with the Cartier, responded flatly with, “I know,” when I mentioned I wasn’t purchasing today. Perhaps it wasn’t intended that way, but it’s not the level of courtesy I expect. Sure, I was dressed casually — backpack, beanie, straight from the office — but I didn’t realize that meant I’d be written off. I don’t mind taking my time with big purchases, but I prefer to do it somewhere that values every customer.
