Shortly after, we went to Royalmount Mall and found the exact same watch at TimeVallée by Maison Birks with a 10% discount. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, Harry. He initially said he would discuss the situation with the owner. The following day, he called back and apologized but said they could not refund or adjust the price by the approximately $8,000 difference, while still suggesting we continue shopping with them in the future. This experience was extremely disappointing. Had we known about the price difference, we would have made a very different decision. I strongly recommend that customers take their time, compare prices, and not rush into a purchase at this store. This was one of the worst luxury retail experiences I’ve had.

I’ve bought 2 watches there as gifts and regularly have my watches repaired, and it’s always been a smooth experience. The shop is clean, the staff are helpful, and I especially appreciate that they call me as soon as a purchase or repair is ready; it’s such a nice touch ( in MTL 🙂). The only thing I’d love to see is a warmer welcome when buying items, to make customers feel even more valued and special. Overall, it’s a reliable, convenient, and professional place for anyone looking for watches or repairs.
