Ludovic was very nice in explaining us all the options that were available for purchasing the Rolex at the store. He was polite, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. We were visiting Montreal on a day trip from Ottawa and visited the store for any available Rolex at the store. Our experience in the Ottawa store was not the same at all, so we were very happy with the service we received and walked out with our gorgeous Rolex. We do plan to visit Chateau D'Ivoire for our future purchases as well.
