  I would avoid this location. Someone had mislabeled the size, so the ring did not fit. Naturally, we exchanged one size up and it was suddenly two sizes bigger. Went in to person to sort it out. Our associate was very kind and helpful, she eventually figured out we had been sent the wrong size, hence why both the initial order and the exchange did not fit. Everything was good until this point. Then, another associate, older lady with blonde hair, chimes in, looks through the receipts and condescendingly remarked we were exchanging back to the same size. I politely informed her that someone has mislabeled the initial ring, hence why the discrepancy wasn’t reflected on paper. She then told me, again, in a condescending tone “You know your fingers swell right?🤨” I was speechless. Her attitude was honestly so inappropriate.

  Peter was amazing! He was very helpful in assisting me with my big purchase. The ring size I wanted was unavailable at this location, but he got it shipped overnight for me for no cost, just so I could try it on. He texted me updates but was not pushy. He went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday! He offered my friend and me delicious chocolates and drinks. Highly recommend this location over the other location around the corner!

  Premium pricing but my bracelet broke on the first day I wore it and now the “fixing” costs $100.

  It’s not in my habit to leave negative reviews on Google, but the service with Peter was terrible — borderline contemptuous. I was about to buy a $500 bracelet for my girlfriend, and I had to ask him to even show me the product. At LVMH, they teach you to serve every client the same way, whether they spend $500 or $20,000. When it came time to pay, he decided to walk around and chat with other customers, leaving me waiting at the counter. I left the store. Unacceptable.
