The ring size I wanted was unavailable at this location, but he got it shipped overnight for me for no cost, just so I could try it on. He texted me updates but was not pushy. He went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday! He offered my friend and me delicious chocolates and drinks. Highly recommend this location over the other location around the corner!

I was about to buy a $500 bracelet for my girlfriend, and I had to ask him to even show me the product. At LVMH, they teach you to serve every client the same way, whether they spend $500 or $20,000. When it came time to pay, he decided to walk around and chat with other customers, leaving me waiting at the counter. I left the store. Unacceptable.

Coût demandé pour le petit anneau en argent qui relie le cœur à l’anneau soudé sur la bille du bracelet : 100 $, soit le 1/4 du prix du bracelet (le cœur ❤️ n’est pas perdu. On parle juste du petit anneau en argent). 🤔 Le vendeur offre de remplacer avec un deuxième cœur pour le même prix! Nous avons le cœur, en parfait état. Le bracelet a un an! On a seulement besoin d’une réparation. Bref, joli bijou. Mauvais service.
