  Was there on Friday, Nov 21, around 8pm. Dealt with a staff that seemed so uninterested to answer any of my questions or assist any help needed. Did not make me want to purchase anything from this location due to this experience.

  Frustrating experience. I was served by some young egyptian/arab girl. She was unprofessional and inattentive, chewed a gum with her mouth open during conversation. She did a typo in my order formulaire, but when I mentioned it to her, she said she will correct it, and she didn't. She was constantly looking and listening to her work colleague's convo with another customer, while filling up my purchase form. In the end, I received the check for my order with the same typo she said she'd correct, so I had to spent another 20 minutes, waiting for her to redo the purchase and correct her mistake. She never apologized or showed any remorse. She told me that I will receive a call once my order is done, so I can come and pick up my glasses. I didn't receive any call for 10 days. When I called myself, it was her who picked up the phone. She wasn't polite and spoke fast, as if I was disturbing her while she was working. She told me that the glasses will be actually delivered tomorrow, which I didn't order. When I came to the store, she served me again, chewing gum with open mouth while talking to me.
