Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- INIris NgOct 11, 20251.0As there were no stocks, my husband ordered and paid for 3 pants on 6 Oct. We were informed by the sales girl that the 3 pants will be delivered to this store on 9 Oct. On 9 Oct, we dropped by the store at around 19:30 to pick up the pants and was told that the stocks had yet to arrive. We asked for refund of the moneys paid for the 3 pants because we were leaving Montreal the next day’s (10 Oct) morning. One of the sales girl (Rachel) said that they were unable to refund because the stocks have yet to arrive. She also said that there was a choice of eGift card instead of refund, but they would still need the stocks to arrive at the store, then they can issue the eGift card. So we asked the sales girl to issue us the eGift card upon stocks arrival. We left the store at 20:00 and left Montreal the next day (10 Oct). We were thankful to Rachel who explained the process to us. To date (11 Oct), we have yet to receive the eGift card. We are very disappointed with Lululemon. I will update again if we manage to get the eGift card or full refund for the 3 pants. As of 15 Oct, we have yet to receive the eGift card or full refund. Finally got full refund on 16 Oct.

And for those who don’t speak French, no worries, they all spoke perfect English! 😄 Based on the other comments, I can only assumed they handled the customer service issues.
