Malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante pour une marque qui se positionne comme un symbole de luxe. Le personnel a d’abord tenté de me vendre le modèle d’exposition, ce que j’ai refusé en demandant un article neuf. Le responsable, M. Jonathan, m’a alors expliqué, sur un ton ironique, que même en commandant, je pouvais recevoir un modèle d’exposition provenant d’un autre magasin, car c’est une pratique “normale”. Il a ajouté qu’il n’allait pas jeter ces modèle… ce qui m’a choqué : pour une maison de luxe comme Louis Vuitton, vendre des articles exposés au prix du neufs est inacceptable ! Finalement, après avoir reçu le produit commandé, mon épouse a préféré le retourner et annuler l’achat. Dommage !
