It had been several years since I stepped foot into Lacoste or bought that brand. The service was basic. No promotions unlike most of the other stores. Clean. Nice selection of items at high prices. I got what I wanted. I probably won't be back in that store for another few years. If and when I buy Lacoste again, it'll probably be at an outlet or Browns cause I like buying on sale. This store is for true Lacoste enthusiasts.

Especially Marrie was super helpful! They are diligent and friendly, patient and supportive. Always give great suggestions and prepare the goods for best presentation. The shop manager offered me gift and if you always buy from Lacoste then it’s better to get a stamp card from them, you could accumulate stamps to get discount when it reached certain amount!

Je lui ai juste demandé quel serait l'équivalent d’un 44 Européen . Il m’a sorti tout un discours qu’il ne peut pas m’aider et que je devais avoir plus de détails et que tout ce que je dis est incohérent .ce qui m’a très énervé je trouve qu’il aucun sens en service à la clientèle car il était très hautain . J’ai ensuite demander à Milou si c’était un simple employeur et un gérant il m’a dit que c’est l’un des gérants ensuite un autre employeur me dit qu’il ne fait pas partie des gérants . bref tout ça pour dire que c’était la dernière fois que je viens à Ce Lacoste alors qu’avant Je venais une fois par semaine .
