  My first and last time purchasing from Chanel Holt Renfrew. Very unprofessional saleswoman "Raki" who sold me a pair of dirty shoes without even realizing it. I came back to exchange them for another color, and I was surprised when the manager told me they could not be exchanged because they were considered “used,” even though I hadn’t even opened the box yet. I asked how they could sell me shoes in that condition and then refuse an exchange. Be careful when buying from this store they do not take care of their products at all. Terrible experience from what is supposed to be a high-end luxury brand.

  Quand on appelle en boutique, on tombe sur de la musique et on est planté là de façon indéfinie. J'ai eu l'idée d'appeler Ogilvy pour vérifier si la ligne est en dérangement, mais il paraît qu'ils ne répondent pas, il faut passer par Ogilvy, qui leur envoit un courriel ( what ???) J'aimerais une façon plus facile et rapide de joindre la boutique.

  Need to know people inside to be served better. Sometimes no one to attend. No special treatment even if you buy over 15 000 dollars items. I mean I saw better treatment in other high end stores.

  Je suis allé hier avec mon copain au Chanel du Holt Renfrew pour acheter un sac, et je n’ai jamais vu un service client aussi médiocre. Dès qu’on est entrés, personne ne nous a adressé la parole alors qu’on avait clairement l’air perdus (heureusement qu’un agent de sécurité nous a dit qu’on allait peut-être être servis un jour). Une vendeuse nous a vus, mais j’ai dû moi-même aller la déranger pour qu’elle daigne m’aider. Aucun effort, aucune attention, aucun sac proposé pour voir les modèles. Rien. Franchement, c’est la première fois que je mets les pieds dans un Chanel où on ne sert même pas un verre d’eau ou de champagne. Expérience lamentable. Résultat : je suis allé acheter mon sac chez YSL puisque le service client était impeccable, et la prochaine fois, je mettrai les pieds au Chanel de Royalmount, là où on sait traiter les clients correctement.
