  When visiting the Canada Goose store in Montreal on Rue St Catherine I was greeted by welcoming staff. After multiple visits to the store and the help from our knowledgeable concierge Ange-Michaël, I felt confident that my final selection was the right one for me. Ange-Michaël was patient and attentive. He brought me color options until I was certain I had selected the perfect one for me. The cold room was a nice touch where I got it check out how well the technology woven into each garment really works. My experience was a 10/10 and I will be back on my next trip to Montreal!

  My friends and I drove from NYC to Montreal to shop at the Canada Goose store on Saint-Catherine for our ski trip to Mont Tremblant, and the experience was unreal. While I was still in the U.S., I connected with Ange-Michaël, who helped me place my order ahead of time and made sure everything was ready in store for me to try on when I arrived, next-level service. He even took the time to share great food recommendations and must-see stops for our trip, which made the experience feel extra personal. Once in the store, the team helped me lock in the perfect ski outfit, and everything was smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. Amazing staff and top-tier customer service. I can't wait to shop here again. Super impressed.

  Ange-Micheäl at the Canada Goose store was absolutely wonderful. After walking many blocks to get to the store, offering us water was a thoughtful touch, LOL. As a very indecisive shopper, I truly appreciated his patience and the time he took to ensure I felt confident and satisfied with my choice. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions with ease. He even let me test the jacket in the cold room, which made all the difference in helping me decide. Ange-Micheäl is down-to-earth, kind, and genuinely pleasant to talk to—he even taught my friend and I how to say a few words in French! His service was so exceptional that we returned the very next day to shop again. It was truly a premium experience from beginning to end.
