  Just had my first purchase experience at Bijouterie Italienne and it was nothing short of exceptional. Noah is extremely professional and his product knowledge is top notch. I also want to thank Marco for his time and his curated boutique. I will definitely be back for my jewelry purchases in the future. Félix

  If you notice the 5 star ratings here are mostly for jewelry. They do a good job with that cause they always have inventory. However, with watches they are weak. The customer service is superficial and they press the belief for Rolex towards a waiting list. Waiting lists don't exist. These are interest lists. They decide who they give the watch to. It's not first come first serve like they want you to believe. This is not how Rolex AD's work. I was able to get 2 watches from other AD's , one in 2 weeks and one in * months. It's all about loving the brand and connecting with sincerity with the salesperson. The sales person here was very robotic with prepared speech and had no intention on getting to know me and my passion for watches etc. She even had the nerve to say I would have to wait 2-3 years, lol........not realizing that I know the game and that this kind of speech would not be acceptable. I tried calling the owners twice to have a discussion and 2 weeks went by and not one of the owners replied to my voicemails or messages left with them. They insulted me by having a manager call me 2 weeks later. If you want a Rolex, this is not the place to go.
