The young girl that served me was so rude and cold. I asked her for a size and the first thing she answers is "The store is closing in 15 minutes". I know that I saw the sign on the door doesn’t matter. I just asked you if you carry a specific size. No smile no greeting they pretend they don’t see you. This seems to be the average Montreal standard of service and I’m honestly getting fed up. She checks and instead of telling me that the item is actually available and that she’ll bring it, she says the item appears to be available BUT somebody will have to go get it in the backstore. OK so what so go get it. It’s like they love to put conditions and make everything so difficult and tedious. Clearly, she wanted to discourage me. She could’ve simply said yes it’s available and I’m going to go get it, but she had to make it difficult. When I left, I said, thank you, and she purposely turned her head the other way and ignored me. All the other staff was also purposely ignoring me. They see you but don’t want to talk to you. I lived my whole life in Montreal and I moved to Ottawa about four years ago ; the difference in customer service is appalling. In Ontario they will go out of their way to serve you and chat with you; in Quebec, they purposely avoid you.

What a store !
Super clean and well organized... at least no one jumps on you once you a foot in the store !
Regarding the customer service, it has been a long time since I have not dealt with someone with that experience...
Rene or Renne, went out of his way and helped me for me but also helped me to choice a gift for my sister’s birthday. I almost left the shop by buying 3 pairs of shoes and 3 outfits lol… Guess what...
I ended up coming back the day after to buy another pair of shoes since they are soooo comfortable.
I'll definitely come back to this store...
The vibe and the team look much more better than the other shops in the area and the service was so nice !
