  Lors de ma visite au magasin, plusieurs leggings étaient affichés sur le raque avec un prix de 0,00 $. Selon la Loi sur la protection du consommateur du Québec et la politique d’exactitude des prix, le prix affiché doit être respecté. Lorsque nous sommes allés à la caisse pour faire vérifier le prix, le gérant est intervenu. Nous avons tenté de lui montrer l’étiquette indiquant 0,00 $, mais il a pris le legging directement de nos mains et est parti à l’arrière du magasin sans nous donner d’explication claire. Nous voulions prendre une photo de l’étiquette écrit 0$ pour déposer une plainte aux civil pour la protection des consommateurs mais il ne voulait même pas nous redonner le legging qui était dans nos mains que le gérant a prit. Olivia l’autre gérante par contre à témoigné que le prix inscrit sur le legging était bien de 0$ sur l’étiquette. La situation a été très mal gérée : le gérant a retiré l’article de nos mains sans discussion, aucune explication ou solution ne nous a été donnée, le magasin a refusé de respecter le prix affiché. Nous estimons que ce comportement n’est pas professionnel et qu’il ne respecte pas les règles du Québec concernant l’exactitude des prix. Nous souhaitons que cette situation soit examinée et que les commerçants soient rappelés à leurs obligations envers les consommateurs.

Catherine St. West, Montreal, QC H3G 1P1 Re: Excellent Experience with Your Assistant Manager Renee at Alo Yoga Store Number 86 Chere Monsieur, I wanted to take a few moments to inform you of my very positive experience at your Alo Yoga store (AY Store 86)—primarily, if not entirely, as a result of your employee/Assistant Manager, Renee and due, in no small part, to your actions as its manager. My family and I never visited AY Store 86. It gives me great pleasure to inform you that our first visit was enjoyable due in large part to the actions of your colleague and Assistant Manager, Renee, which in turn, result from your managerial skills. Recently, my family and I entered AY Store 86. Renee greeted each of us with a welcoming smile and handshake inviting us into the store. Renee showed my wife and children various products that were both age and lifestyle appropriate describing each of them in detail and giving them his honest opinion on which products were fashionable and comfortable. Renee even convinced them to buy additional products and accessories for themselves and friends. Renee is also exceptionally organized—while my wife and children were in the changing room, I observed Renee regularly and timely follow up with other clients to ensure each one received adequate attention. Such was my experience as well—Renee was genuinely concerned with whether the clothing and accessories fit our needs and were comfortable. In view of the foregoing, I am compelled to recognize your success and complement you—as Renee’s attention to detail is, no doubt, a direct result of his manager’s tireless dedication, training and efforts.  If there was ever any doubt as to your performance, Renee’s excellent customer service skills is evidence to upper  management you are fulfilling your obligations. Renee demonstrated an intimate understanding of the Alo Yoga products and how each product meets specific client concerns—recommending several styles to each one based on the particular client’s lifestyle and needs. Again, your decision-making abilities in determining that Renee is the “right fit” to lead and oversee your sales team should reassure management/ownership that your administration of AY Store 86 is directly related to its success. Further, Renee was efficient in taking my information and placing the various items of clothing in bags. He also checked us out of the store quickly so we could timely arrive at our next appointment. Renee’s close attention to my wife and children’s requests was instrumental to my positive experience. Over and above adding value through his attention to detail, he has a discerning eye when making recommendations from the multitude of clothing and footwear products located at AY Store 86. Renee moved quickly through the store to ensure a quick, efficient, successful shopping trip. I look forward to visiting AY Store 86 in the future and recommending AY Store 86 to all those who appreciate comfortable, fashionable, clothing and may benefit from Renee’s intimate product knowledge.  Until then I remain, Very Truly Yours,

  I would give Alo Montreal SIX stars if I could. From start to finish, my experience with this store was nothing short of exceptional!!!! While visiting Montreal before Christmas, I was shopping for a gift for my wife and had the pleasure of working with a personal shopper who went above and beyond. The care, attention, and genuine kindness shown to me made what can sometimes feel like a stressful experience feel effortless and enjoyable. After Christmas, when it came time to handle an exchange, the incredible service didn’t stop. Even from New Brunswick, Madison and Rob took the time to help me over the phone and treated me with the utmost respect, patience, and professionalism. They truly went out of their way to ensure the exchange process was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant. Madison and Rob were incredible! They were both very warm, attentive, and deeply committed to making sure I felt supported every step of the way. My experience with Alo Montreal Saint Catherine Street was simply amazing, and it’s rare to find customer service that feels this thoughtful and human. Thank you to the entire Alo Montreal Saint Catherine Street team for setting the bar so high. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others.
