They didn’t allow return when the product was not up to the satisfactory and the people working there are rude and unaccommodating. Didn’t offer any solutions or even try to be nice just were bluntly rude telling me it’s my fault and they should have not been worn and didn’t tell me that when I bought them, only said the tags have to be on, never buying here again

En magasin, Krissy, la gérante, nous a rapidement donné l'heure juste au sujet de la garantie à vie de leurs produits. Honnêtement, nous étions un peu septique car tout semblait trop facile. Au final, tout s'est merveilleusement bien déroulée. Éloise et Krissy ont fait le suivi dans le processus de remplacement. Chaque interaction a été courtoise, professionnelle et très sympathique. Les informations données ont toujours été égales et sans surprise et ce, du premier au dernier jour. Comme nous avons eu à faire une commande spéciale pour avoir le manteau désiré, nous avons du patienter un peu. Encore ici, les délais annoncés ont été respectés à la lettre et les suivis téléphoniques ont été toujours effectués avec rigueur et bienveillance. Un gros merci pour pour votre aide et votre sourire, votre service et votre expertise sont vraiment appréciés. Nous serons vos clients pour longtemps ;)
