I called them, the manager managed to find my account but couldnt find this recent purchase (all the previous ones were accounted for, we didnt mention them HE DID) claiming we also didnt get the warranty (which is possible) but a few hours later we call back and now suddenly our account has NO PURCHASE on it. All the information HE SHARED with us about our raybans we bought two years ago? About the versace not having a warranty? Suddenly gone. We ask for a solution, he says to throw them in the trash. I will bring this up with corporate. Unacceptable and rude.
