- YDYas D.RJul 26, 20251.0Bought a 300$ versace glasses two months ago. Barely wore them and then they broke, the end piece broke were the screws are at the hinges causing it the glass to fall off. I called them, the manager managed to find my account but couldnt find this recent purchase (all the previous ones were accounted for, we didnt mention them HE DID) claiming we also didnt get the warranty (which is possible) but a few hours later we call back and now suddenly our account has NO PURCHASE on it. All the information HE SHARED with us about our raybans we bought two years ago? About the versace not having a warranty? Suddenly gone. We ask for a solution, he says to throw them in the trash. I will bring this up with corporate. Unacceptable and rude.
- NNneneJun 16, 20222.0good salesmanship but when they can't deliver what they promise they wash their hands, convinced us to receive purchased glasses ship directly to our home, mentions 3 days top, parcel never arrived on promised date, blames it on DHL, when asked when will I receive they simply reply don't know that's the delivery company, basically pay and you will get them whenever the delivery company sends them to you, wanted to purchase the ones at their store but they were all scratched. If you want your glasses, don't take the ship direct option you will never know when you get your paid merchandise.
