I was nice to asked if there’s a new item provided as it is for a gift. He keeps on asking “what?” with the poker face. No need for the attitude. Believe me I get it with one answer. A better customer service I guess.

Yes, literally reopen the box at the counter! They make it extremely complicated to fix an error once you leave. I live far away from this location and have tried calling multiple times to resolve the issue, but they simply do not answer their store phone. It has been a massive headache trying to get help for their mistake. Please like this review if you found it useful so others can avoid this situation!
