She must have taken out 10 pairs for me to try of different models and she was smiling the whole time. Nour at the cash was absolutely stellar because I had bought shoes online and she helped me exchange them for another size while being professional to a tee! Bravo Sporting life for clearly hiring perfectly.

She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. It was an amazing experience and we will be back for sure! If you’re looking for skis or any ski equipment/accessory, I highly recommend going to see her.

Finalement on a eu le service pour l’achat d’un snowboard d’une personne qui ne connaissait pas vraiment ça. On a laissé le snow à l’atelier pour faire monter les fixations et aucune nouvelle pendant 7 jours. Nous avons essayé d’appeler le magasin 15 fois sur 2 jours pour savoir si le snow était prêt et aucune réponse. Impossible de parler à quelqu’un en magasin. On a laissé 2 messages sur leur boîte vocale et aucune réponse un retour d’appel. Finalement après une semaine on est retourné au magasin et le snow était prêt depuis quelques jours … Les prix sont bons mais le service est nul ! En plus un nom en anglais … est-ce qu’on est au Québec ou quoi ?!?
