- GSGavishan SuppiahDec 28, 20251.0I waited patiently for my turn to be helped. When it was finally my turn, I asked for new lenses for my Meta glasses. The employee made me fill out a form that took less than two minutes, then immediately abandoned me to go help another customer. Instead of referring that customer to a coworker, he chose to handle it himself and left me waiting over 10 minutes. It was very obvious that he prioritized a $750 sale over my $200 request. I don’t know if employees work on commission, but that’s exactly how it felt. This is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should not be treated differently based on how much money they’re spending. Terrible service, and I will not be returning.

J'ai choisi une paire de lunettes memais la couleur n'était pas exactement ce que je voulais. Elle m'a tout de suite montré les options qui mettaient offertes. Elle savait exactement ce que je cherchais.Vishally est une jeune femme très sympathique et à l'écoute des gens. Elle est un atout pour Ray-Ban. Ma commande est arrivée quelques jours après en magasin à ma demande. Car je sais que je vais besoin d'un ajustement pour la monture. Lorsque je suis allée récupérer mes lunettes. Paul m'a très bien accueilli et nous avons ouvert le paquet qui contenait mes lunettes et la monture avait des égratignures. Il a immédiatement refait une commande. Il s'est excusé du désagrément. Quelques jours plus tard on m'a rappelé et je suis allée récupérer mes lunettes de soleil. Cette fois j'étais accueilli par Aziz et Karim. Encore une fois très bel accueil. Karim à ajusté ma monture et je suis entièrement satisfaite de son professionnelisme. Je tiens à remercier les employés de Ray-Ban pour le excellent service.
