  Le magasin était calme et vide lors de ma visite. J’ai apprécié que les employés soient disponibles, mais plusieurs d’entre eux sont venus me demander, à répétition, si j’avais besoin d’aide ou si je faisais juste regarder. Au bout d’un moment, c’est devenu un peu inconfortable, car je voulais simplement explorer le magasin à mon rythme. Un peu plus d’espace et de discrétion rendraient l’expérience client plus agréable

  Je venait acheter les souliers que je voulais depuis longtemps. Les vendeurs et vendeuses devraient mieux s’occuper de leurs clients en boutiques. Aucun service, personne n’est venu me voir…plus intéressant de jaser entre eux au comptoir. Je suis repartie sans mes chaussures…que je vais acheter ailleurs. Vraiment déçue

  This is the worst lacoste branch I have been to anywhere in the world. The discount signs are wrong. I bought a discounted item and was told by my cashier Jessica I can RETURN or exchange within 30 days. Went to downtown Lacoste after 8 days who told me it cannot be returned. Coincidence is there happened to be another gentleman there at the same time trying to make a discounted return he had made from Lacoste carrefour and was also told he would be able to return it. Lacoste downtown employees were frustrated and said they need to have a word with the Laval branch. Not to mention the item I picked said it was on 50% discount until I went to checkout and turns out there’s only 30% discount. I wasn’t expecting the price to be so high but because I wasn’t reassured I’d be able to return it, I thought I’d think about it and get back when I’ve made my mind up. Clearly, this is a recurring problem. Don’t shop here please

  Shopped there last week. The young salesman that helped we was extremely polite and friendly. The staff speak perfect English, French, and a few other languages. An item I purchased was marked down a few days later so I went back and they refunded me immediately, no issues.
