  Wouldn’t even rate it one star. Worse alo I’ve been too, they need to hire new employees, stuff is so rude and entitled, don’t forget u just work for Alo don’t take it too deep ppl. Definitely go to downtown. Avoid CF Laval Alo if you can.

  Lululemon forever… but Alo? Never again. If I could give –10 stars, I would. The girls working there looked completely uninterested — lazy, unbothered, and most had an attitude like helping customers was too much to ask. They stood around chatting while people were visibly struggling on their own. Customers were walking around with 10 pieces of clothing in their arms because nobody even offered a fitting room or the most basic assistance. For a store charging premium prices, the service was honestly embarrassing. Overpriced for absolutely nothing — the attitude, the lack of professionalism, and the zero effort made it feel like they were doing us a favor just by existing. Alo should be ashamed of this location.

  Rude store manager at Carrefour Laval. Rolling her eyes at customers. One asked her that she needs to apologize to customers and she said she is the manager and she will not apologize. Customer left the items and left. Shame on ALO customer service.
