I briefly stepped behind the line because I was rushing to locate my underage children. Any reasonable human being would understand that a parent cannot leave young kids unattended. Instead of using common sense or basic decency, an employee tried to physically stop me, then immediately ran to complain to the manager as if I had committed a crime. When I calmly explained to the manager that I could not leave my children alone, she did not listen, did not show empathy, and did not act like a professional. She insulted me, harassed me, and behaved aggressively, repeatedly talking over me and “barking” orders instead of resolving the situation. Her behavior was completely unhinged, disrespectful, and hostile. This was not customer service — it was power-tripping, rude, and embarrassing. No understanding, no humanity, no professionalism. Just arrogance and harassment. For a brand like LEGO that claims to be family-friendly, this experience was shocking and unacceptable. If this is how parents are treated when trying to protect their children, then management here has completely failed. I will never return to this store, and I strongly advise others to think twice. LEGO should be ashamed that this location represents their brand.
