Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.     I’m really disappointed with my experience at the Lululemon store in Charlottetown. I walked all the way there to return a pair of leggings I bought about two months ago because the color had faded badly — something I would never expect from a product at this price. However, the staff refused to accept the return and didn’t seem to care much about helping. The quality of both the product and the customer service was far below what I expect from Lululemon. Very disappointing experience.

    I had the best experience here with Ruben. We had scheduled a one hour shopping experience and I was greeted by all the staff and had a personalized welcome card waiting for me in the change room. Ruben took careful consideration into my interests of clothing ( top, bottom, sweater) and was helpful in showing me new items that I normally wouldn’t gravitate towards. He knows the products in the store very well and is knowledgeable about fabrics and fit. If my size wasn’t available in store, he was quick to search the online store to see if it’s available elsewhere. Overall I had a great time and one thing about Ruben is that he creates a very fun, comfortable and engaging experience! Can’t wait to go back :)
