Allison, the store manager, along with her staff, were absolutely incredible. They handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Not only did they offer a full return without any hassle, but they also personally walked with me to find the exact same shoe as a replacement. This level of customer service truly stood out and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a very positive one. Highly recommend DSW, and a big thank you to Allison and her team for going above and beyond!

Every employee look directly at us, no one spoke or asked if we needed help just look at us then looked away. So DSW did not get any of my money this evening. Also will make sure everyone I know doesn’t spend their money there. Very unhappy with this experience!
