I was attempting to return an item I bought online and she was very difficult about the situation, made me call customer service while she stood there and then The gentleman working in the store had to call customer service after I was finished speaking with someone… Meanwhile, she did nothing to help. Terrible customer service on her part….. but I must say the associate who helped me, Ryder was exceptional!
