When I attempted to return a pair of shoes, I was wrongly accused of having worn them, which was completely untrue. The interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location, as I have never been treated this poorly at any other store. Having worked in customer service myself, I know that customers should never be treated this way.

This looking in another direction continued throught the transaction and when i asked a question she responded in a hostile tone, did not offer a sale bag for the shoes and when we asked if anything was wrong she was very dismissive. Really made us feel uncomfortable. I dont think we will go back to this location again.
