He REFUSED to touch them and told me to return them saying they came damaged and also they were, regardless, too small for my face and I shouldn’t even be wearing them. There was another female person working as well and even she was giving me that “I’m so sorry” side eye.

When I came to get them back, I was terribly impressed by the service. I was not allowed to be replaced by the same. repair, refund or give me new glasses they refused. WARRANTY? Forget it!!! I was told that I had to buy glasses on the official website RAY BAN, which would cover it. And that's all they can do for me. I even doubt that I bought an original product.
