- EZEwelina ZettlemoyerMar 10, 20261.0I want to express how disappointed I was with my experience at the Express location in Willow Grove today, March 10. I visited the store looking for business professional clothing. Based on the online selection, I decided to come into the store to support the mall rather than shop online. Unfortunately, the customer experience was extremely poor. There were three employees working at the time, and none of them greeted me when I entered the store. One employee was folding clothing, while the other two employees were standing in the back of the store near the clearance section talking to each other. I walked around the store multiple times, including walking past the employees several times, and there was absolutely no interaction or acknowledgment. I also work in the mall as a District Manager for another large company, so I understand how important customer experience and engagement are. What I observed today was unacceptable. There was no one positioned near the front of the store to greet customers and no one at the register. I actually had to ask an employee to ring me up when I was ready to pay. I came in intending to spend a significant amount on business professional clothing, but instead I left with only one shirt for $9 because no one offered assistance, sizing help, or even asked if I needed anything. To make matters worse, after completing my purchase, no one thanked me or said goodbye. I am sharing this review in hopes that store or corporate leadership will read it and address the behaviors happening at this location. The store has great merchandise, but the lack of customer service made this experience extremely disappointing.

Customer Service is everything to a business, obviously not the Willow Grove Mall location. I guess they don't care about potential customers?
