  The manager here is so beyond disrespectful. I cannot believe how ignorant she was and I'm truly baffled Windsor lets someone this unprofessional handle their business. I purchased a dress here and was asked to put in an email. I told her no thank you and she informed me I wouldn't be able to make any returns without a connected email so I entered my email. When I attempted to return the dress I was informed it was a non returnable item (it was on the tag so it was my mistake for not seeing it) but I also was not informed at purchase that it was a non returnable item. When I attempted to return the item I asked about how I was forced to enter an email since it was the same woman who has rung me up. She said that she did not say that to me and that she's that boss here and to not put word in her mouth and began to laugh with her coworker. I have gotten at least a dozen promotional entail from Windsor since entering my email and previously being a retail manager I know that you can get rewards from getting people to sign up with an email. Absolutely appalling.

  My daugther bought two dresses a week ago and tried to return one today but the store associate was very rude and accused her of wearing this dress. I came just to deal with it and she did t even let me speak, she cut me off and walked away. The dress had tags attached and hasn’t been worn by my daugther. I pointed out that there were many girls who tried this dress In The store before we bought it. But no luck. She simply walked away from the register when I asked for a store manager. Very disappointed with the service and attitude.

  I really like Windsor for the most part. They have a decent selection to choose from. However, in my opinion, the store is way too small for the amount of people that are always in there, and they are SEVERELY understaffed. There are always lines at the dressing rooms, and I've only ever seen 1 or 2 employees working at one time. I've never had a bad experience with an employee, but I still think they need at least 3-4 people working. I also didn't like this at all - My daughter chose the dress that she wanted, but we needed it in a smaller size. They said that they could order it and that if it didn't fit, we could return it. She kept looking and found another one that she liked more. When I went to purchase it, the employee told me that it was non-refundable. I don't think that's fair. Why is it acceptable to return something that I order online but not acceptable to return something that I bought in-store? If they could tell people why this is their policy, it would help a lot. Overall, they have nice dresses for very reasonable prices. We do shop here almost exclusively for dresses, but the size of the store makes it uncomfortable to be in, and again, there are not enough employees to handle all of the customers. I'll be back, but I hope that some of these things change in the future.

  Love this store... my girl Jaylee is fantastic.... always a great time and experience when I'm in the store.....
