  Dear Customer Relations Manager], I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and serious concerns regarding a recent customer service interaction that has left me in a highly unsatisfactory situation. My intent was to purchase a gift card, specifically seeking to include a personalized message, which I was unable to achieve through your online platform. This led me to contact your customer service line associated with the 44 Park Avenue location in Willow Grove. During my interaction with your customer service representative, I encountered several concerning issues. Despite my payment card being successfully debited for the gift card amount, the transaction was never completed, and I did not receive the product or the assistance I required. When seeking a resolution, I was informed that I would need to wait until the following day to speak with another individual, without any assurance that my issue could be resolved or a refund processed. Furthermore, I was explicitly told that a refund was not possible at that time. The situation escalated to an alarming degree when I was advised that attempting to visit the store to collect my intended merchandise would be considered trespassing, and law enforcement would be contacted. This threat, coupled with contradictory information where I was initially offered potential solutions only to have them subsequently withdrawn, has created an incredibly distressing and unacceptable experience. To summarize, I have been charged for a service or product that I did not receive, denied an immediate resolution or refund, and subjected to highly unprofessional conduct, including a threat of police involvement for merely seeking to resolve a legitimate issue. This entire ordeal reflects a severe lapse in customer service standards. I request immediate attention to this matter. I need a clear explanation for the events that transpired and a prompt resolution, including the full reimbursement of the unauthorized charge.   Staff are typically very nice and accommodating at stores in this center. More professional than others for sure. I enjoy shopping here.
