- AJA JJun 2, 20241.0Horrible customer service. I asked an older female employee a simple question to which she replied with a very dry and rude “no” each time I continued to speak. Even the other employees noticed her rudeness, but laughed about it. I will be contacting the general and regional manager and do not plan to return to this location. Please avoid this store and shop at KOP instead. This type of customer service is why retailers are losing business and malls aren’t thriving as they once did.
