  No one at registers. Three associates sent me in different directions for a register. I chose to save my money and leave. Not worth the frustration.

  Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! Great store, great employees. Will be back!!

  Terrible customer service, and return policy. They hide the terms of the return policy through fine print on a link on their website. If the item is not returnable after removing the tag, this should be printed on the tag, or at least noted under the notes for "easy returns".

  I went to the store the other day and bought about $350 worth of leggings. I am a xxs so some of the leggings I had to purchase online because they did not have that size in the store. In total I spent $500 on all of the leggings. These have always been my favorite leggings so I continue to buy them every few months. After removing all the tags and washing them, I went to wear one of the leggings but they were entirely too tight despite being them being the same size as the other seven that I bought. I tried taking them back to the store to exchange it but since the tags were removed, they would not accept it back. The employee there gave me a phone number to customer service to see if they would do anything but they too said that they would not take it back because the tags were removed. As I said before I spend a considerable amount of money yearly on these leggings and yet I am out the money for a pair of leggings that they did not make true to size. Horrible customer service. If you’re going to buy from this store, make sure that theres absolutely nothing wrong with the item and that it is true to size or you will be out the money for it.
