not much in Christmas decorations, Christmas music was almost non existant. Very disappointed, I shopped elsewhere where it was more festive.

I bought a Casio watch from one of the sales representatives harry he is a great nice guy with a good heart when purchasing my product there computers shut down and I was charged twice harry said no big deal come back tommrow for a refund so that’s exactly what I did. When I arrived harry was not there it was a supervisor I sadly don’t know her name but she was very unhelpful and disrespectful and for somebody that has been there for years I’d expect a lot better customer service from a supervisor especially because I was nothing but polite and wanted my money back. It escalated to the point where she was screaming at me and had to call another supervisor Xavier over now when he came over tensions were high but with his good communication skills he was able to assure me I was going to get me refund and it would just take up to 48hrs the whole situation was bizarre and as a customer who was charged twice I should not have been there for an hour on my lunch break arguing with THE SUPERVISOR over something that was there mistake… I feel if harry or Xavier were there from the start I feel like it would have gone very differently that lady had an attitude with me from the moment I walked up to the counter. A SUPERVISOR btw. I did just get my refund but the whole experience could have been a lot smoother. Especially as a normal shopper at jc penny constantly in the jewelry department it was very disappointing situation and made me not want to shop there anymore.
