Victor constantly talked about his personal life including his extra “personal” extra activities constantly on the clock. He spoke on his life outside of work in an inappropriate manner which was disturbing and downright offensive. He allowed past employees to sexually harass customers. This was also in accordance with him constantly leaving work earlier than scheduled just to have “personal time”. Preshoius was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. She constantly had peers who did not work there in the store for multiple hours just following her around. She even took them to the back area for employees only. When the manager came around she was very hostile and not friendly when trying to resolve a situation.
