  Chad helped me out with a watch battery replacement and was incredibly friendly and helpful - gave me lots of confidence that my watch was in good hands. As I was waiting (only took a couple minutes) I was browsing their watches and they have an awesome selection. I’ll definitely come back here for any service in the future and it will be the first place I look next time I’m in the market. Highly highly recommend!

  Been here a few times now and everyone is so genuinely nice and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Quick repairs. Amazing customer service. I'll be going here for all my jewelry needs from now on and reccomending to friends and family🤍

  Everyone was very polite and helpful. I only had an engraving done but was very happy with the outcome. One thing to just be aware of is that there is no longer a "by letter" charge for engraving which feom my understanding was more so on the older machines. The newer are more of a programmable type to 1 letter or 10, there is a flat fee charge. You can inquire about it during your meeting or conversation with whoever may be helping you. I would (and may) make a different type of purchase from here! Recommend.
