    This year, I had the idea that I wanted to buy myself a celebration ring and after looking online and reading the current reviews, I chose to pay Big Diamond Importer & Fine Jewelry a visit. Working with Ron on creating the ring of my dreams was such a pleasure and was easier than I could have imagined! After showing Ron what I wanted, he immediately started looking for my pink diamond and was even able to have it brought in next day for me to see in person before I pulled the trigger. The excitement and happiness I felt seeing it in person felt like a dream and I knew we found my diamond! Ron was even so good working with me to stay in my budget and offering different options to help on the total cost. The finished ring was even better than I could have imagined and is absolutely stunning! I’ll definitely be working with Ron again on my next celebration ring and highly recommend him for others looking for their dream ring! 😊💖🌈

    Great experience purchasing an engagement ring here. Obviously a very knowledgeable diamond expert and very willing to ensure the ring was exactly what she wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    My experience here was absolutely insulting. I saw a beautiful necklace for my grandmother. I was taking a picture of it to show my grandfather considering tomorrow is valentine's day. The manager or store operator was extreamly rude about the pictures and instead of just telling me to not take pictures he told me to leave. I have never been so insulted in my life. No one I know will ever purchase anything from a company who lets incompetent people run their store.
