I had some ideas for a custom engagement ring design, and Eran personally took the time on a busy evening to discuss and brainstorm with me, offering helpful hints and suggestions. The ring was finished far earlier than expected, looked even better than I had hoped it would be, and was completed for significantly less than a competitor in town had quoted the same work.
