The total was below the total credit limit, but it would not ring up without repeated error messages. The sales rep called the credit card company, and they were less helpful than trying to put a fire out with gasoline. She told me I had to wait till I got the card in the mail before I could use it. Long story short, this store made right. They gave me the money off (current promotion for $50 off) even though it was not using the credit card they offered. The sales associate and store manager kept apologizing, but it wasn’t their fault. This was true customer service. This was my first time ever shopping at Sportsman’s Warehouse. They have gained a customer for life. I would do business with a company that puts their customers first any day! Thanks to this store for exceptional customer service.
