- AWAshley WareOct 13, 20211.0I have shopped here several times and most of my experiences have been enjoyable. However, after stopping there this weekend I will not return. My husband FINALLY got a weekend off and surprised me by taking me shopping for a new Fall wardrobe. When we walked in we were greeted. After I picked up one item, I was asked if I wanted to start a fitting room. I declined because I only had one thing and wasn't sure I needed one. Within the next 5 minutes I was asked by 3 other associates to open a fitting room. I felt like I was being watched the entire time. There were plenty of other shoppers in the store but the associates seemed to have left them alone and fixated on me like they thought I was trying to steal or something. When I finally decided to go try on the clothes that I picked out, I told my husband that there was a seat outside of the fitting room that he could wait on. The associate that unlocked the door for me was nasty about it and said that he couldn't wait there because another customer was currently trying things on- which is fine and he had no issues with. However, he waited in the store sort of hovering around the fitting room entrance so I could easily find him when I was done. The associate chased him away and told him he needed to move back and made him feel uncomfortable and totally unwelcome. He texted me while I was in the fitting room to let me know that he was made to feel bad enough that he left the store and would be waiting outside for me. I got dressed and left the store immediately. You lost out on a sale by being so rude. Will not return here.
