We walked in late when the store was about to close. Workers were praparing to close but we needed to get some items because we didn’t know the next time we would be back and we live far from the outlets. We were expecting to be in and out, and try to prevent them from closing too late. Gladys was very kind and took her time to take care of our shopping needs. We were pleasantly surprised when she offered to measure us and help us find the perfect fitting bras, after many of us told her that we didn’t really know our size. There were 6 of us and she was very sweet and took her time to measure us after the store closed! She went above and beyond and she deserves to be recognized for making us feel so comfortable and taking care of us when she didn’t have to. Alex was also phenomenal. She was kind and also made us feel welcome, despite the fact that we were past closing time. It’s always refreshing to meet kind people. Kindness goes a long way when we live in a time where countries are at war, people are being massacred and thousands of people are starving to death. Kindness brings me hope and I am grateful to have experienced that with Gladys and Alex. Thank you both so much.
