- BSBen SummayDec 26, 20251.0I don't know why, but for some reason Columbia has decided that their shipping company is going to be OnTrac, which is completely incapable of producing a shipment. We ordered a jacket from Columbia almost 2 months ago now and OnTrac lost the first one and has been incapable of delivering the second one now for over 3 weeks now. I would recommend if you ever want to see a piece of Columbia clothing, do not order it online. It's better to pay whatever full price you need to in store than to hope your package will ever arrive. Because if you aren't one of the lucky people, then Columbia will just keep saying it's not their responsibility once it's handed off to the incompetent company they've chosen to deliver your package.
