I’ve had problem after problem with my device and no one wants to help and they won’t give me a manager to talk to. And EVERY shop I’ve talked to about them, hates working with them as well and are all considering cutting them. AND it takes over an hour to get ahold of anyone and there’s only 1 option to even try to get ahold of them. The shops can barely get ahold of them as well. It’s beyond ridiculous!

What do I need to bring to my installation?
Bring a photo ID and proof of residence in the form of a document verifying your address. How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
