- MMMichael MurockNov 25, 20251.0We rented some white chairs for a ceremony. They were pretty dirty and beat up like mentioned prior reviews. Had we known they were in this condition, we would have passed and looked elsewhere. The staff is extremely disorganized and rather rude. When returning the chairs on the day they were due, older guy told me that they needed to be returned that morning and he was unable to take them in the afternoon (during their operating hours). He said they would need to be returned between 8AM-9AM the next day. Drove to the warehouse to return them and the disgruntled employee that met us there was frustrated saying he didn’t start until 9AM and that we could have returned at any point the prior day when he was actually scheduled to work. Not sure how their staff could be that out of sync. Will look elsewhere in the future.

The owner and his crew were broke down in my driveway for hours. Owner has the worst attitude and no customer service skills he argued with me that the white tent wasn't dirty. I would hate to see what dirty looks like is to him. Save the heartache and elsewhere.
- RBRicki BuzzardAug 12, 20251.0Highly disappointed in our experience with this company. 120 chairs for a wedding covered in mud and what appeared to be pasta sauce, so just 3 hours before our rehearsal we were scrubbing chairs-while also trying to set up everything else ourselves for our outside wedding and not everything came off! The company was contacted and said a refund would be issued the same day they were dropped off but havent heard anything more

However one guy on the team setting up the tents got very angry when I said they started setting up the tent in the wrong spot and could they please adjust it. It was definitely bad customer service. But the reason I’m leaving the review is because the same team returned at the end of the rental to take down the tent and the man who had gotten so angry was open-carrying a gun strapped around his shoulder. It was definitely unsettling.
